I think you should call a meeting, sit down with them and discuss more this. I’m sure an idea will be formed if everyone is willing to share a part of their thoughts. I believe you will discover something useful if you talk to them. These light fairies come from the distant past after all.” Zolan explained, and Evie took a deep breath.

Zolan’s words made her realize that she was definitely under too much pressure and had been a bit arrogant in thinking that could solve this problem herself. She closed her eyes and reflected on her attitude for a moment before opening them again, her eyes much clearer and can be seen as calmer and with a better attitude disposition. “Alright, I’ll have a discussion with them. However, I would like you to join us, Zolan.” Evie told him when Zolan’s face turned guilty.

“Actually, I have something else to report, princess.” He said, which made Evie frown and looked at him with curiosity.

Evie se quedó sin palabras. Se voltéo y miró a los otros vampiros y los vio mirándola apenados. Elias se sintió especialmente mal, bajó la cabeza y no pudo seguir mirando a la princesa.

—Sabemos que nuestra tarea debería ser protegerla y permanecer con usted dondequiera que esté. Su Alteza nos dio esa tarea nuevamente antes de enviarnos aquí —explicó Zolan—. Sin embargo, con todas estas hadas de luz y dragones contigo ahora, sin mencionar tu propia poderosa magia, pensamos que el que más nos necesita en este momento es Su Alteza.

Hace un rato, cuando el grupo de vampiros hablaba de esto, todos sintieron un extraño dolor en el pecho al pensar en dejar a su princesa atrás. Les sorprendió cuánto ya se habían apegado a ella hasta tal punto que se sentían un poco miserables al tener que dejarla tan pronto. Aunque no era ni siquiera una despedida larga y solo iban a irse sin ella.
